Designed for Growth. Built for Connection.

Designed for growth. Built for connection. This August, the 2026 Blue Haven Regional Retreat invites you to step away from the office and to step forward into connecting with the other branches of OneUp! in Philadelphia. Hosted at the Rowan Mills Retreat Lodge, this annual collaborative weekend will focus on connection and growth through interactive workshops and team building experiences.

This years’ experience is grounded on developing a growth mindset. Guided by the common read Mindset by Carol S. Dweck, we will explore the shift of a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, and how it can help you become more resilient and lead to a greater lasting satisfaction.  There will be workshops throughout the weekend that are designed to guide participants through these concepts and will provide insights and tools to bring into professional settings.

Rowan Mills Retreat Lodge in Philadelphia will host our retreat, the location offers a collaborative experience for our weekend. The lodge features spacious rooms with two queen-sized beds and housekeeping services as well as buffet-style meals served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An on site café is also available for guests from 8 am to 5 pm and there are also nearby restaurants within walking distance.  The lodge includes large conference spaces with Wi-Fi, microphones, presentation screens and a projector to assist us in our workshops and group sessions.  Guests can also enjoy a variety of amenities at the lodge, a fitness center with a swimming pool, outdoor gardens, hiking trails, and an outdoor basketball court.

Outside of our sessions, this retreat will provide you with a space that brings comfort and connection with others.  Members can enjoy the on site lodging, a welcoming atmosphere, and opportunities to explore the Philadelphia area.  Stay tuned for additional details and the upcoming announcement of the final schedule.  Be part of a weekend designed to inspire and strengthen your professional skills, while encouraging connection and collaboration with others.
